After a career in the pharmaceutical industry near Paris, I decided to move to the Arcachon Bay and open an establishment where I could share my passion for this wonderful region with my guests. So I’m back to my first love: hospitality!
Of Scottish origin on my mother’s side, born in Reading near London (UK) and steeped in this dual culture, I love meeting people from all walks of life and sharing moments of kindness.
